Anonymous Complaint Form

Click the link above to access the anonymous complaint forum. This form is to submit complaints, suggestions, etc to specific people in the unit anonymously. There is no way for us to track who is submitting these, so feel free to voice yourself. Access to responses is severely restricted. Very few people will see your submission, except those who need it. Please use this method to communicate your thoughts, ideas, and concerns. Command is happy to receive all feedback through proper channels, whether anonymous or not.

Note: Do not abuse this; this is a tool we try to use to better the unit, and trolling only hinders us.
