Unban Requests

If you have been banned from our public server and/or our TeamSpeak server you may request to be unbanned by starting a topic pursuant to the following requirements:

The Topic Title of your application must follow the template:  Last Name, First Name - Unban Request

The Body of the post must follow the following template:

1. UID (if known)
2. Arma 3 / TeamSpeak Name
3. Steam Name
4. I am banned from: [Arma 3 Server][TeamSpeak][Both Arma 3 and TeamSpeak]
5. Approximate date and time of ban: 
6. Suspected reason for ban:
7. 6 sentences about why I should be un-banned: 

Important reminders regarding your application:

• For the final question, provide 6 material sentences explaining why you should be un-banned - providing filler will lead to the denial of your un-ban request. You're already banned, take your time on this question as it's your opportunity to honestly explain what happened, and why you want to return to the community.
• You can provide a link to your steam profile if you do not want to provide your Steam Name.
• Select all that apply for the "I am banned from" question.
• Be as accurate as possible with regard to the date and time of your ban.
• Since you're already banned, your complete and candid honesty regarding the suspected (or actual) reason for your ban can only help you.
